TRIALGUILD

i just thought of something to do about the applicants so that we can filter out the bad ones from the good ones without taking shet 4 the guild.

i think we should make "GrantedTrial" a new guild in the alliance, since grantedjr is alr empty i know it feels a bit wasted to make another guild but it will fill up eventually, this way we have time to learn about the applicants and everyone will know who the new people are since they will all be in trial, so u will have time to learn their names

personally i think its a pretty good idea, i just came up with it outta nowhere while surfing the forum ^^ gimme feedback

its an okay idea but if we start taking apply's again like we did then Granted will be well.. full. So the idea is good enough but there is still some things that should be thought a little more about

Definitely good with the TrialGuild =D So whats the duration, a week or 2 and then they get moved to Granted or GrantedJR?

depending on lvl, granted or jr granted.

and duration, well frank and i kinda had a chat about trials earlier i think he said he wanted a month and i said 1-2 weeks so we settled for 3 weeks but thats for frank to settle. i was thinkin we could use examenate 4 trial? and move all between 100-150 to grantedjr? then if we have to dispose of some mules we just make a muleguild on top of that?

Well now its starting to look like something and the time 3weeks is pretty good because i think 1month is too much..

Alex ,..the idea is good,.if a new person doing a apply.,the first 3 weeks he is going to Examenate,.we will see how he is doing,.after the 3 weeks .,if he is doing well then he can swap to Granted,deppends on his lvl.

Examenate = 50-100 GrantedJR =100-150 Granted =150+

So Examenate will be a trial guild. So its ok with me! Happly Mapling!

frank, this was my thought of examenate.... (coming up)

we clean out examenate and make a newbguild instead from 50-100 and use examenate for trial chars only, so that you can see all the characters on trial in the guild? what do u think, guildlvls doesnt matter for examenate anywayz and we get rid of the inactives in the guild. those who wants to rejoin the alliance can just join the newbguild.

and a rule for the newbguild would be that if ur in granted already you are permitted one character below 50 in examenate if ur active on it

Alex , I already make" GrantedTrial" ,..that means that i will quitted Examenate ,.i put the ppl from Examenate "who's active' in Granted Trial ,from there i will see if they can join GrantedJR or Granted!

GrantedJR = LvL 100-150! Granted = 150+ Granted FE! Greetings Franky!
