Well you were put on trial and depending on the results of the trial period, you might or might not get accepted to granted. Frank or any of the JRs might be able to fill in more, but its most likely that you don't fulfil some of the requirement to be in the guild or you broke some of the rules before and they've found out about it.

The reason why you werent accepted is because you were being rude to the other member of the guild... or something like that. Im not quite sure but that should be the reason.
