What: Follow the questline on the particulair Island you reside on till you can advance.
Where: Depends on what class/job you chose at the start.
[Training from 10 - 20]
What: Once advanced at level 8/10, your job instructor asks you if you want to be trained. If yes, follow the yellow arrows to the training map.
Where: Depends on what job you chose.

Where: Upon reaching 30, job instructor will ask you if you want to be warped there. Choose yes. This questline is an easy 3-4 levels. It also gives a nice Medal. The mobs give decent EXP untill Lv. 40

Where: Use Door of Dimension to get there.
