    Customer support:
    1 & 2: Many users are complaining that they got an automatic response which miss the point of the user's matter!
    When you take a closer look into each EOI from the user you might discover that this criticism is not justified in all cases!
    Let's say when a user is sending a ticket to the customer support concerning his PW with the intention that he wishes to have a new PW then the answer concerning this issue would be like:
    send us your ID, birthday, mail address.... This answer would apply to all other users who has the same matter like this user!
    When this answer has missed the point of the question then please give us exact examples concerning what the users mean!
    We are always willing to make improvements when they are justified!

    We think not!
    We do believe that the users in the game knows better than us what is going on in the game and they are also the first one who knows when a exploit for example happens! Actually we are the last one who knows when something happens ^^! However making an announcement would be the best way to warn the users what will happen in case when users are abusing this situation or what we will do with the hackers, right!? But with a warning we also give the hackers the knowledge that we know that something illegal is happening in the game and that would mean that we will warn at the same time the hackers, that NEXON will take actions soon! So hide your items, hackers would be the message we would give the hackers with the warning post!
    We do not have forgotten our rollback promise ^^! The problem is that a rollback is mostly efficient when not so many hours lays between the happening, right?
    But most of the exploits for example are happening during the weekend or during our off time! And when we get noticed about that then it is mostly too late to conduct a rollback! People are shouting immediately for a rollback but a rollback is not something which can be done so easily!

    4. GM Events:
    First of all: conducting a GM event is from our side every exhausting due to the time difference we have! This can not be denied!
    But as you might know from the past we were willing and we are still willing to conduct such GM events during the peak time ( which means that our team has to stay in the office from 9:40 am till the next day 3:00 am).
    But the result from those GM events were not the wished results we hoped to get due to the lags, d/c issues that was caused during the GM event and that made the events failed in the eyes of the users! As long as those two heavy issues will not be solved soon we do not think that a GM event can be excepted soon by the users!

    5. Antwoord op een vraag over of bepaalde drop rates van quest items, zoals die van de UA quests niet verhoogd kunnen worden:
    You have not to think that EMS has its own drop rates for some items! The drop rates are the same like in the other Maple Services!

    6. The fishing system will be implemented in EMS too, but we are not sure when this will be conducted!

    7. Exclusive events, maps just for EMS would be great and this is something that our team also really wishes, too!
    But new events and maps needs a lot of time and a lot of work is involved, too!
    Creating new items is much easier and quicker to do then events and maps!
    We will discuss this internal and in case you have good ideas which are "makeable" then please send them to us or post it in the forum!

    8. A new trading system has been planned since a few months and it should have been implemented, but due to some difficuties we were not able to implement it in EMS!
    But we are planning to do so for the next year!
    So Maplers, you have waited so long for a trading system, right, then please show us a little bit more from your patient!
    We can promise you that this implemetation will not keep so long til the end of the next new year! ^^

    Most of the questions are related to the future contest and therefore we are not able to answer them due to the fact that we do not know yet, what will be released or done!
    We will try to fix old bugs as much as we can, but to give the users promises which we may not able to keep is something which we will not do!
    Furthermore they have to know that we have to test each bug report they are reporting and some of them ( especial party quests, expedition quests) can not be tested from us due to the lack of team members!
    Each bug testing needs a lot of time, due to the fact that different bugs happens to different job classes!
    Therefore that is the reason why we can not follow up so quickly the wishes from the users to fix the bugs!
    We hope that they can understand our situation a bit!
    But we are giving our best to fix the bugs as much as we can with the release of each new patches!
