No more apply,s

Hello Juniors from granted atm we dont take apply's anymore!! The guild is big enough that we first have to get used to each other!

i dont think its right to put a stop to all applications, though we could be a bit more critisizing towards the applications we recieve, put up sum new better rules and requirements

Well GrantedJr needs some people [Yes underlings for Alex! ]. But yeah i'm still getting to know everyone's name. Its like a sudden influx of new members =D.

i kinda agree with both of you but yes Granted is getting too big.. we are already more than 90 people which is pretty much so i think we should either stop taking apply's for 1month or as alex said be more critisizing like from now on you need 5yes's before you can join and the leader's (frank) vote needs to be a yes unless there is more than 5yes's and also i think the Lvl requirement should be higher like 140 or so because ofc the game is for fun and to have fun but we do a lot of bosses and im kinda tired of only being 10people at HT like last night where we didnt get drops because rosa dced.. ofc she cant do anything about it but what im trying to say is that 15ppl would be a much nicer run because it shows that we are pro'er. Then again if the requirement becomes lvl 140 then it should only count to members that has not been in the guild for more than 3months... or something like that

Hey Guys i think its a good idea, because granted is realy very big now atm.And everyone must learn to get used to each other.We dont want it to be a ChaosGranted,and i know that we have grantedjr but in time we have members there too.we can wait for adding 1 month ,and then 1apply amonth so that everyone can get used to each other.And we already have problem with some new members , stories about hacks and scamming and such.And alex u have right we must be more crtical to aplicatie.

Thank God I'm above 14X now =P Nico, still fresh to the guild! Anyway I believe frank changed the application recruitment to 160+ for Granted in the recruitment forum. I hope this only applies to new recruits as there aren't many 16X in the guild so far

well we would keep you since you grind and join a lot of boss runs and then ofc we all like to have you around i guess... f3

Anyways just a little heads-up.. do you all remember the guy who applied which name is IHateAran? well i am glad he never joined because my friend just called me and said that he just applied for eave.. again. This is the 2nd time applied and in 6months he has applied for Aeon, Rebirth (Wave), Granted and Eave x2 so if you ever see him applying for any guild or hears anything about it then please go to their forum and explain that he is still a guild-hopper

well, we are not rly 90 ppl nico, counting the whole alliance we are about 40 people, its just tons that have multiple chars in the guild...
if we stop taking applications completely we could loose out on some rly great people so i think we should be (ALOT) more critical to the applications that arrive and make some custom rules for granted and not just the obvious that we currently have.

I think I saw him around last week. Not sure did I bump into him or saw him in alliance chat. I agree with alex that we should be more critical on the application. Thing is with an interview or two, its really hard to know them so I really suggest like a week or two probation or something.

Helps use to know them better as well. Of course some might just pretend in front of us to be nice and do their dirty deeds outside without our knowledge but that is something we can't avoid. Just have to try our best.

yes as i said ''something like that'' ofc if we get an apply from a 190 nl who hits 300k per star with clean record who has been playing for 3years (EXAMPLE ONLY!) then we should ofc be a little less critical but if its someone who just joined or something who is 120 or 140 or something who doesnt grind much but mostly leech and with an unknown record (EXAMPLE ONLY!) then we should be much more critical since Granted could become a ''hacker/scammer/kser'' guild very fast if we just let in the wrong people. I know people in maple... if a guild has at least 3 Scammers/Ksers/Hackers then the whole guild is suddenly a bad guild.

And about the people who got more char's in Granted. I dont know anyone who has more than 4chars in Granted. i myself only have 2chars and frank and rosa has 3chars or max 5chars each but thats also okay because they are a little more high-ranked than we are. But as long as we dont just take in people because they seem nice then i think we will ''survive''. So keep your eyes open whenever there is a new apply and try to get as much info about the person as you can
